PEAK Urban Retreat 3 - Embracing the Online
The third PEAK Urban retreat will be hosted by our Peking University partners in Beijing and will take place online between 8 and 12 March.
The third PEAK Urban retreat focusses on research dissemination and collaboration in an online world.
Due to the need to engage globally across time zones, the week of the retreat will comprise of no more than three large group events at a time when everyone can join from across the world.

8 March 12.00-13.30 GMT - Virtual fieldtrips of Beijing and PKU research field sites
9 March 11.15-14.00 GMT - Research satellite for postdoc paper presentations
10 March 12.00-13.30 GMT - Public lecture by Beijing expert
12 March 12.00-14.00 GMT - Covid-19 workshop with partner presentations, followed by closing session
Between 1-12 March, early career researchers will organise one-on-one mentoring sessions, and skills development workshops sessions are taking place in January and February, with the aim of assisting researchers in developing disseminations skills and developing project or collaborative outputs.
