We focus on land use and housing issues in Chinese cities with the aim to provide policy recommendations that help improve land use practices.
Changchun Feng is a professor at the University of Peking and is the head of the National and Spatial Planning and Development Innovation team at the Ministry of Urban and Regional Planning and Natural Resources.
He has long been engaged in theoretical research and planning practice in urban and regional planning, village and town construction planning, land and urbanization and real estate. He has presided over and participated in urban and rural planning projects involving new urbanization, county planning, village and town development and construction planning, land use planning and evaluation, and housing development which have achieved significant social and economic benefits.
He has achieved over 30 local, national and international science and technology awards and five patents.
