We aim to propose policy scenarios for transitioning cities to more sustainable forms of transport.
Hanzi Yang is a PhD candidate at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Peking University.
Hanzi came from a background of art history and landscape architecture. She teaches in the Department of Architecture at Xi’an Jiaotong University, and currently is working on her doctorate degree in human geography at Peking University. Her research interests include design and planning methodology and participatory planning strategies. She worked as a landscape architect in New York and Xi’an before teaching.
