We will focus on land use and housing issues in Chinese cities with the aim to provide policy recommendations that help improve land use practices.
Yizhou He is a master student in Urban and Economic Geography at the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences, Peking University. He graduated from Zhengzhou Foreign Language School in 2014, completed his undergrad degree in human geography and urban rural planning at Nanjing Normal University in 2018.
His research interests include housing and land policy, urban and regional planning. He has joined some innovation research during his undergrad period, such as Nanjing New Energy Vehicle Charging Pile Layout Planning, A Brief Discussion on the Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Labor Mobility Employment in Jiangsu province -- A Case Study of Some Villages in Guocun Town, Yangzhou City. His graduation paper is My Humble Opinion on the Policy Research and Countermeasures of China's Housing Rental Market. Now he is a key member in the project, An Innovative Study on the Land System in Guangzhou for the Unified Land Market in Urban and Rural Areas.
